Steel Framing is a construction system that uses galvanized steel profiles as the main structure. Its main advantages include: faster construction (up to 50% less time), greater seismic resistance, better thermal and acoustic insulation, lower structural weight, and greater precision in measurements.
Construction time varies according to the size and complexity of the project, but generally a 100m² dwelling can be completed in 3 to 6 months, considerably less than traditional construction which can take 8 to 12 months.
Although the initial investment may be similar or slightly higher, Steel Framing is more economical in the long term due to: shorter construction time, reduced labor, less material waste and lower maintenance costs.
Our "Turnkey" service includes: architectural design, municipal permit management, complete structure construction, electrical and sanitary installations, interior and exterior finishes and delivery of the house ready to inhabit.
